Shredding takes place in the a high-security access-controlled facility and our technology ensures that the information on each and every document is completely destroyed.
STEP 1: Call us to figure out which service will work best for you.
Whether you need scheduled office pickup, major purging projects, or destruction of stored files our customer service team will be happy to take your call and explain the differences between each service we offer.
STEP 2: Let’s book your shredding.
Let’s book a timeslot that best works for you. We can then drop off our secure collection containers for you to fill with documents for shredding. No need to remove staples!
STEP 3: We’re on our way to pick up your documents.
A well-trained employee will come to your office and collect those documents that you designate are ready for shredding. These documents are put into a secure, locked container and taken back to our TRUCK.
STEP 4: Your documents are on their way to our secure shredding facility.
Once we collect your documents, they will be safely transported in our secure, gps tracked truck to our secure shredding facility where they will be shredded. Shredding takes place in the a high-security access-controlled facility and our technology ensures that the information on each and every document is completely destroyed.
STEP 5: Certificate of Destruction is issued for your records.
A Certificate of Destruction is issued to you as proof of document shredding. We will also keep a copy on file.
STEP 6: All shredded paper is recycled.
We care about our impact on the environment. Our environmentally safe process of pulverization or pulping ensures all shredded paper is recycled into new paper products, reducing your company’s impact on the environment!
